| WARRANTY
POLICY
The product is warranted by Acumen Inc. for
one year from date of purchase (with the exception of batteries
and elastic chest strap) against defects in workmanship and
material. During the period, these defects will be repaired
or the product will be replaced at Acumen Inc. option without
charge. This warranty covers normal consumer usage and does
not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failure which results
from accident, misuse, abuse, tampering, alteration or disassembling
of the product or improper maintenance. This warranty is effective
only if the product is purchased and operated in the USA and
does not extend to any units which have been used in violation
of written instructions furnished by Acumen Inc. or to units
which have been altered or modified without authorization of
Acumen Inc., or to damage to products or parts thereof which
have had the serial number removed, altered, defected or rendered
illegible. Product must be returned to authorized dealer for
service if purchased outside USA. Note: Please return
product to local authorized dealer for service if purchased
outside USA.

RETURN
PROCEDURE
Please
refer to the following procedures to return merchandise to Acumen's
Service Department.
Step 1: Please first complete the Return
Authorization Form found at the bottom of this
page. Please provide your Email address. You will be issued
a RA# by Email. This RA# is required to process your request
for service.
Step
2: Please
provide the following: 1)
RA#. 2) Proof
of purchase (Copy of Original Receipt or copy of dated Credit
Card Statement is sufficient. The Product Registration
Card is not considered proof of purchase.) 3)
The payment
of $7.50 (contiguous US only) to cover the cost of return
shipping. A
check made payable to Acumen, Inc. or a credit card number/expiration
date is acceptable.
